Tabalta House

The house is developed on a terrain with a great unevenness, an orthogonal and large volume is proposed that is destructured with large openings, both vertical through the glazing, and horizontal through the perforations that are raised in the slab.

The uses of white in most of the walls of the house are contrasted with concrete panels that are bush-hammered to enhance the robustness and contrast of the material.

The bedrooms are raised on the upper floor with terraces facing the sea views. On the lower floor, a large platform develops the entire day area of the house and the outdoor spaces. The pool is raised on the edge, being understood as a contrasting element in the whole.
