Oasis Villa

The house is located on a plot of large proportions and without great unevenness, the project proposes a fairly extensive program that includes sports and leisure areas. A fragmented volume is proposed based on volumes that minimize the enormous scale of the house. The exterior areas in direct contact with the house are resolved through large overhangs with openings that give dynamism to the intervention while providing shade to these areas.

Facade openings in the daytime areas of the home are enhanced and minimized in the most intimate spaces. A large swimming pool finishes off the southeast corner of the plot. The outer space is considered as a great oasis.
