Casa Gipa is located on an elongated plot with a steep slope. The housing program is mostly developed on one floor, leaving only a study on the upper floor. The volume develops linearly, where the bedroom stays open through a garden patio and the living room and kitchen open onto a platform where a large swimming pool develops across its entire front.
A self-sufficient house is proposed where most of its roof surface is occupied by photovoltaic panels.
The access to the house is from the roof.
