Dana House

The house is developed on a terrain with a strong unevenness. A displaced two-story volume is located on a large concrete terrace where the day areas of the house are developed.

Access to the house is raised from the upper level (street level).

The bedrooms are raised on the upper floors related to the views of the sea. The pool is raised on the edge, being understood as a contrasting element in the whole.
