The general idea of the set, starts from the premise of integrating into the environment, its marked unevenness forces the placement of the houses on the ground. Terraced elements are proposed that adapt to the contour lines and that position the houses along the plot.

The houses are understood to be integrated into the terraces at the bottom through monolithic elements, on the contrary, the upper floors are cubes that rest on the terraced walls. The day areas of the house are related to the views towards the sea and towards the exterior spaces that are developed throughout the entire complex, the night areas such as bedrooms and wet areas are turned towards the rear, relating to the green patios that are raised as oxygen.
