At Casa Draco, a spectacular villa in Candelaria, the exterior and interior merge into a single space. Functionality, connection and open spaces are the three pillars on which this home designed by the Puerta35 architecture studio stands. At the helm are Iván Guisado and Nuria Bretón, young professionals who have already received international recognition, such as their participation in the Foyles bookstore project in London, awarded the Riba National Award 2015 (building of the year in the United Kingdom), the largest residential development in central London, Hannover Square Residential, or the design of the lighting of the River Thames.
The house, with a surface area of 355 square metres, is spread over one floor. The living-dining room is located in the day area. The kitchen opens out to the outside through large windows. In the night area there are four fully equipped suites that open out to the sea through perfectly oriented windows. Puerta35 arquitectura is also responsible for the interior design.
The main element of the outdoor space is a large swimming pool with a chill-out area and views of the sea.
