IVÁN GUISADO
FOUNDING ARCHITECT
He graduated in architecture from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (2006). He began his professional career in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, participating in significant projects such as the expansion of Tenerife North Airport.
Between 2011 and 2016, he spent an international period in London, collaborating with renowned studios. During this time, he worked on iconic projects such as the Foyles bookshop, winner of the RIBA National Award 2015 (UK Building of the Year), and Hannover Square Residential, the largest residential development in central London.
In 2017, she took a decisive step in her career by founding puerta35 arquitectura. In this new stage, the studio has distinguished itself by developing carefully crafted and personalized projects, meticulously adapting to the requirements of each client. Its commitment to quality and attention to detail has made puerta35 arquitectura a benchmark in the field of contemporary and sustainable design.

EVA ROCHA
PROJECT MANAGER ARCHITECT
He graduated in architecture from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (2017). During his academic training, he participated in various international workshops, where he acquired valuable skills in collaborative design and innovative methodologies.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated on a variety of residential projects of different scales. His focus is on developing luxury interior design, combining functionality and aesthetics to create unique and personalized spaces that reflect the needs and desires of his clients.

ADASAT PACHECO
ARCHITECT BIM MANAGER
Architect graduated in 2014 from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. With a solid background in BIM, he plays the role of BIM Manager, implementing innovative systems to optimize collaborative work. In addition, he is responsible for the construction development of the projects, ensuring that each phase is executed accurately and efficiently. His focus on quality and technology makes him a key member of the team.

AMALIA MOEBIOUS
TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
Technical architect graduated in 2022 from the University of La Laguna. With a solid academic and professional background, she specializes in the development of projects in their construction dimension. She stands out for her experience in construction management and her deep knowledge of BIM methodologies, which allows her to optimize processes and guarantee quality in each project. Her focus on innovation and efficiency makes her a valuable member of the team.
In addition, he has worked with multidisciplinary teams, which has allowed him to integrate different perspectives into projects and enrich his architectural approach.
