Lianca House

The original distribution of the excessively compartmentalized house did not respond to the requirements of its new owners. The distribution took place through a long corridor without ventilation and natural light.

The proposal is therefore based on generating flexible and open spaces that broaden the sensation of space and enhance light in the home.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room where the island is part of the furniture.

The use of neutral and clear elements constitute the basis of the proposal. The dark oak of the kitchen together with the exposed concrete of the original structure brings character and contrast to the intervention as a whole.
