The proximity to the sea as well as the privileged views of the place start as premises for the development of the 4 luxury villas that are proposed.

The villas are developed in stages adapting to the orography of the place, they open towards the sea through concrete platforms/prisms that, like sculptures, solve the pools and act as structural elements of the complex.

The day spaces such as living rooms, dining room and kitchen open onto the terrace, while the suites, on the other hand, face a series of patios that are set on the edge of the complex and act as a green filter, protecting themselves from the environment.
