Salto House

The initial premise of the commission was to maximize the surface to include 3 houses within one, this was a challenge since due to the reduced space the privacy between them had to be resolved.

The common areas of the same are solved in different levels and orientations, each house having its private terrace.

The night stays such as bedrooms are raised as folds in the façade, minimizing the opening surface as much as possible. On the contrary, the day areas such as living rooms, dining rooms and kitchen are related to the open spaces of the plot and open decisively to it through holes drilled in the concrete walls.
