The intervention tries to resolve the discontinuity that exists between the waterfront of the Bahía Príncipe Hotel and Avenida Adeje 300. Accessibility is improved and the use of Playa Salinas is enhanced.
Along the new promenade, areas for staying and shade are proposed to enhance the space as a place of enjoyment.
The first section runs along the northern slope of the Las Salinas ravine, it presents a complex, steep orography with steep slopes. This first action in the first section of the promenade, solves the access of the promenade that takes place through Avenida Adeje 300. The demolition of the existing building currently in disuse is proposed to solve a system of ramps and an entrance according to the scale of the intervention. Two viewpoints with living areas are proposed at the entry point and at the end of the ramp system.
The last part of the section is developed through the footprint of the original path, at the end of the path a series of bathing platforms is proposed.
The second and third sections of the action run along the southern slope of the Las Salinas ravine, presenting gentler slopes, the path follows the same track as the original path. A rest area is proposed in the middle of the section as a viewpoint.
The 05/04/06 sections of the action take place along the front of the Bahía Príncipe hotel, shady areas are proposed through pergolas that generate living areas that enhance the place as enjoyment.
