Particular House

The house is developed on a very narrow plot between party walls, which is why the search for light in the house is considered a challenge.

Due to the fact that the house is located on a narrow street with a lot of noise, the relationship with the exterior of the house is established through 2 patios, a backyard that connects the day area of the house with the exterior space and a Façade patio that connects the work space of the house, in turn this façade patio is related to the lower level through a double height that is attached to the staircase and enhances the scale of the space. The roof is considered as a large social space where part of the life of the house takes place.
